We stayed one night to have convenient transportation to and from the airport. The room was wonderful as was staff. We ate in the restaurant… food was just ok (not great). We did, however love the staff there. Drinks were great!!

Extremely expensive for what it was. Really disliked being asked what i wanted for breakfast before i could even sit down. The walls in room were all marked up. Again very expensive for nothing spectacular

It was a very convenient hotel for the Dublin airport. Our room was not ready when we arrived early, but the bar staff was very accommodating. Travelling with a friend and we had booked a twin room - the beds were uncomfortably close together.

I have reserved to metro hotel, because it was supposed to be close to the airport and it is not. I will let you know all the things that were not right. a) The shutle never arrived, I have to pay taxi and got a refund. b) The door of my room didnot close. The man went to re-program and the sensor was run out of batery, so he came back and said it was ok. Later I test and now I can get in to the room. c) the card now cant open, go down again to get it programmed d) Go up and check and STILL DOESN´T WORK e) I went to the restaurant and the boy said there was not table available and he will call me back to my room f) After half an hour I went to the restaurant again and ask for a table, because nobody callme back g) The bathroom had two showers, ONE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE WATER WAS FALLING DIRECTLY TO A WALL RATHER THAN THE FLOOR h) The price was too expensive for all the bad experiences I had.

The gentlemen that greeted us were lovely. The check in was efficient. The apartment itself is very nice, it has a great view and comfortable accommodations. However, the furniture and linens could have been cleaner. There were copious questionable stains on the couch and chair, pillows and bed linen. The chair had a large gouge cut into it as well. The rest of the apartment was very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the floors, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Thank you to the staff for being lovely.
