It was the smallest room I’ve ever had. Claustrophobic actually… the bed had walls on all 3 sides touching it. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Room looked out to garbage bins. I wouldn’t stay again. Great location though.
The breakfast buffet was great! The water pressure was good. The staff was fantastic from storing and carrying luggage, to arranging cab service to the airport, and being friendly.
Fabulous facilities. Eco friendly, modern, conveniently located, great food and bar services, delicious food, wonderful staff. I could not think of one thing that would make it any better. A truly excellent concept that is well executed. I would definitely stay here again
Close and walkable to everything. Rooms are small but high tech and environmentally friendly. Breakfast was solid each morning

The property is net zero. This means closed windows and sealed doors. If the air exchange doesn’t work it’s a bit of a coffin. That happened the first night. We did get an upgrade so yeah. The beds are against the wall so if one person gets up the others are awake. The rooms are very small and so sitting space and minimal storage. The breakfast is very good but paying 5 Euros for a second cup of coffee us pretty cheap of them. The location is excellent.

Didn’t appreciate the behavior of the employee at the reception, because the room was ready at 13:00 but he wanted to overcharge 20€ for early check-in… i refused and i checked in at 15:00.
Didn’t appreciate the behaviour because already the price is very expensive for such a small room (over-rated)!
Breakfast was nice and rich, the lady at check-out was so welcoming.
I don’t think that I would repeat the visit because in more than 100 travels that i had in my life, early check in was granted automatically when the room was ready without trying to surcharge clients!!!!
Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, good service. The breakfast buffet is GREAT, and the bar is comfortable. Good accommodation -- got the smallest possible room and had room to spare. Also excellent access to Grafton Street, Trinity College, and shopping/amenities on both sides of the river.
