The rooms are a bit tired and the decor on the drab side. I was put in an "accessible" room despite not needing or requesting one, which was anything but accessible at my height. The location is good and it has a good bar. Room prices are reasonable.

The hotel did what was intended, but dirty carpet and poor bathroom in the room was disappointing. As for outside, refuse site behind hotel which was directly in view of the window.
