Every staff member at The Alex was so accommodating, kind, and welcoming. They were the highlight of the whole experience. In addition, the facilities themselves were lovely, and they had great dining options inside the hotel. We ate breakfast there twice, got coffee from The Steam, and ordered room service, all of which were excellent. It was also an easy trek to Trinity College, Grafton Street, and Temple Bar, which are at most, a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Alex is a great find with excellent customer service!

I like that The Alex was a little quieter than my last hotel in Dublin. Was a little farther walk to shopping but still a great location. Not a bad view either. Room was spacious, and very clean. The only aspect I was disappointed in was the breakfast in the restaurant. The eggs seemed a bit under cooked, and the juices all tasted watered down. More variety would have have been good. The dinner in the restaurant, though, was very good! I would definitely stay at the Alex again.
