"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend"

"The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3. "We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. It was so nice to see that the reservation was exactly as we had seen. We enjoyed having it to have a place for down time from the wedding activities. We would highly recommend."

"We were in Austin for an event at St Edwards University, which is an easy walk. The space is well designed woth 3 small bedroms which all had space for personal belongings. Common are is spacious and very comfortable, and kitchen is well desogned with everything we wanted. Especially appreciate the starter coffee packages! Host was very responsive to questions. We very much enjoyed our time there."
