"Traveled with family for a mini vacation. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, price rates excellent and breakfast was a plus."

"The check-in process took forever. We showed up at 3:30 PM and they told us the room would be ready in 15 minutes. There were several other people who showed up after us that were checked in before us. The cleaning crew was still cleaning rooms between 4 and 5 PM, blocking the hallway with their large cleaning carts. The lobby was very crowded and there were lots of moving parts happening all at once. There was no water or coffee in the lobby, as there had been when I stayed previously. The front desk staff was nice but did not seem to be communicating with each other very well. They did, however, read my notes in the system regarding a request for a first floor room near an exit since I had a service dog and honor that request. They explained that they always have the floor manager doublecheck each room individually before allowing guests to check in, which was why it took so long for check in. -Once we checked in, the room was clean, had an ocean view, and had decent air conditioner. Toiletries were provided on the wall of the shower, which I love. -The pool and hot tub were right on the beach, and it was nice to relax in the hot tub while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Beautiful ocean view with the 4th of July kites right next door to the hotel. Beautiful kite store as well. Easy walk to the Pier, with several fishing/viewing/patio options nearby."

"Overall, more of a great stay compared to an average stay. The location is ideal between different towns, and the parking is safe, well-lit, and secure. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean with nice toiletries. The staff is nice and attentive. The included breakfast is more than enough and better than most intercontinental breakfasts at other hotels. Our 3-day stay after the World Cup events was tiring so this place was nice to finish the day at. The only thing if anything, is that I tend to prefer high water pressure and the shower hose pressure was low. Second, I'm not sure if it's the area, or air-conditioning, but it is very humid/musty in the rooms despite the AC on. Again, I don't mind, but I was a tad sticky for the nighttime even with AC at 70 F. It doesn't change the fact that I would still check back here if in the area again. Thanks to all the staff!"
