"The front desk worker that checked us in was the most personable, efficient, and competent hotel worker I have ever dealt with. We had an issue with the AC not cooling down our room. We called down and explained the situation and she immediately changed us rooms. No fuss. She had the key to the new room ready when we stepped off the elevator. "

"Shower no hot water. queen beds and pillows less comfortable than last time I was here. Towels very thin. Downstairs bathroom out of order. Breakfast: microwave your own omelet and sausage/biscuit."

"The staff was very kind! The hotel seems older but the rooms are nice, clean, up to date. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it look we like the average free breakfast (which is fine with us). Definitely would stay again! Cleaning staff was great as well, polite, patient and good at what they do- hope they’re being compensated accordingly"
