"We had a lovely stay and highly recommend! My only advice would be to change out the bathroom door to a solid (non-glass/see through door) in the premium suite. It was a shock and made the stay awkward and less romantic for our anniversary trip to Juneau. "

"This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town."

"Pros: This would be a nice short-term space for one person or a couple. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. Really great views from the windows. Fairly private space, up away from the business of downtown. With a lower price and a few small adjustments, this would be a nice place to stay. Cons: Expensive for what's being offered. The pull-out couchbed is really tiny with a very thin pad - it should be specified that it's for a child. No TP holder, it's just sitting atop the toilet tank....

"There was what looked like a blood stain on the bedding. Gross. And we needed more toilet paper day 1. There was only a partial roll there. Asked at 11:37am and they said they would bring some by. But no. After communicating again with them the following day toilet paper arrived at 6:00pm the next day."
