"I enjoyed the slot machines and i wish they had more variety of slots. Very beautiful scenery inside. There needs to be more check-in and check-out staff."

"The wait staff at the pool and beach were not very attentive. We had to chase them down to place orders for food and drinks. Once the food was delivered they did not come back for additional drink orders or to see if we needed anything. "

"On arriving at the Luxor for a 1 night stay I fell on the escalator (pure accident no fault but my own clumsiness). I was helped up by some very kind and helpful travelers who then told a Security staff person what they had seen. He found me and took me to the Security Office to be bandaged and call the paramedics (no need for transport). Three security guards took care of me & documented what had happened. They were extremely helpful. When we were finally able to head to the check in desk they accompanied me to the desk where we given an upgraded room by the Manager on Duty. The next day I needed the bandage fixed so I found the same Security Guard who had patched me up the day before and she changed the bandage and fixed everything. I was too shaken to get names of these Luxor staff members but they were all fantastic and deserve the highest praise for their dedication to the Luxor patrons. Even with the rocky start we had a nice overnight at the Luxor. I will go back."

"Was close to places you could walk to and also train stations to go to other parts of the city. "

"This resort is definitely worth the price! From the beautiful scenery to kid friendly areas like the water park and arcade, our expectations were exceeded. The Valencia restaurant had delicious drinks and entrees with patio seating. The Al Fresco market is extremely over priced so I suggest getting your coffee and last minute essentials elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I would recommend The Grove to anyone!"
