We've been to the Maui Coast many times. The new Tower is incredible. The staff was so kind. We loved our trip this year and we can't wait to go back. We have stayed in other places, Wailea and Kannapali, but Kihei has the best dining and the best beaches.

Room was a decent size and plenty of parking at the property which was good as you needed a car to get to any of the shops or restaurants. The pool area was great, well managed with complementary pool towels and suncream. The front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant located at the front of the property was great for breakfast at an additional cost. On the main throughfair for Kihei but not in a resort centre, transport is a must.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Maui Coast Hotel. Checking in was seamless, Noelle and everybody else were all fantastic. The hotel is clean, modern, safe and really accessible to the beach parks. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!!! It was such a great vacation!

The staff Sherry didn't gave me my driving license and credit card back after check-in. Next day I check-out ask morning staff to give me one free water bottle, she said lie it's over and I said that bottle sitting on top give me that she again said lie it's for someone, very cunning lady after that I left and check-in another resort and can't find my driving license and credit card. I called them 3 - 4 times and they refused. In eveing same day I called and Cheryl picked up and instead of searching and helping she refused and denied. Finally I went back to them and ask the same lady to return my card and license she said it's not there and when I said I didn't get back after check-in then she searched in the printer and got both over there. Cheryl was standing there who refused to check such important id and card. They both tried to cover up, but they was very unprofessional staff. Never I will go back.

Loved the amenities and location of the hotel. Our room was in the newer tower and super nice. Loved the pool & gym. I only wish the pool was open for a longer period especially for adults (I live in vegas) so jacuzzi/pool time till at least midnight would be great!!! Also the pool black boards with “happy hour/specials” was never accurate.. kind of a nuance.

The room was huge, clean, sleek and modern. The property and room was perfect for a family. There are multiple pools including a kiddie pool, free washer and dryer WITH detergent, bikes to use, etc. I wish we were staying longer!
