"It all started with exceptional service from Jeremy. Sent the airport shuttle to us in 5 minutes to bring us to the hotel, snappy check in and were set. The property is right on the edge of town, with a grocery store across the street. Can do the easy sidewalk to town, but the bay sidewalk along side the water much prettier. Once inside, room much much larger than ever expected and fully equipped with snow capped mountain views. Spotless."

"We stayed at five different hotels over two weeks, and this one was by far the best!!! The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the essential amenities made a huge difference – it was perfect for preparing our own meals and enjoying a relaxed, comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the separate dining and tea tables, which added a cozy touch and made the space feel more like a small apartment than just a hotel room. Moreover, Free and convenient parking. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Check in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn. "
