« This hotel is CLEAN, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet. Much needed stay overnight before our trip home to the east coast the next morning. Hotel is within walking chance of restaurants and airport. Easily walked from and to airport, as well as lunch and coffee place. I travel a lot and rarely stay in hotels because I always end up paying a ton of money for musty wet carpet and an uncomfortable bed or cold shower. « The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at. »

« Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night. »

« Great property. Very new, tasteful and practical. It was spotless. Very nice little amenities to make you feel welcome. Even ear plugs, which we didn’t need. Keurig coffee maker with nice selection of coffees. Highly recommend. We will be back. The bus stop (Juneau Animal Rescue) is three minutes walk away with regular busses for downtown and the airport (3 and 4 for airport and 3,4 and 8 for downtown). Fred Meyer groceries are walking distance. »
