"The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too. "

"Located close to everything, restaurants, shops, capital building...feels like you are at home... front door and room is open with code they text you....breakfast is like you are in your own kitchen, just help yourself with fridge, coffee and whatever...apple, cookies, coffee and tea are there all day...loved terrace and spas (on on second one on third floor)..nice views....It seems than one person is in charge for everything (front desk and rooms, breakfast)....Tina connected me with local person for tours and it worked very well..."

"Right on the bay, great sunsets, close to the airport and close enough to downtown. Came up up spur of the moment for my birthday and Ulla made my stay feel right at home, I even got a birthday cupcake!! What a perfect place to enjoy the full Juneau experience! "
