« Our whole stay was beyond exceptional. We stayed here for a wedding on Seneca Lake. The history of the place was very interesting and informative. The atmosphere was remarkable, quiet, unique and serene. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Owners, Jean and Mike, were wonderful people to meet and talk to. The Brunch was unique and delicious. Very clean rooms in the whole place. »

« We had a lovely time staying on the finger lakes! The house is so comfortable, and the location on the lake is absolutely perfect! It had everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake - floats, chairs, and a new immaculate dock! The house is also close to so many wineries (right in the middle of the wine trail!!) we can’t wait to come back! »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
