Beautiful property and wonderful helpful staff

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in in my entire life, and I really don't just say that. I feel like I have pretty high expectations and American Trade blew them out of the water. The location was perfect and within walking distance of one of Latin America's best restaurants (Fonda Lo Que Hay) and the staff were all so nice and went out of our way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, the rooftop pool was incredible...it made my vacation...

Unique stay for sure. We stayed in one of the smaller “containers”. It was fine for us, others might find it tight. The larger units looked like they had some dining area and a bit more space. A few extra hooks on the wall or in the very tiny bathroom would be nice for towels. The first floor units are great for pool side, second floor units have a porch but you have to go around the building to access your door. A few extra chairs on the first floor entry decks would be nice as we had to...

Very clean, well-organized, and cozy place to stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, yet quiet because it’s not right in the center. Excellent kitchen and fridge with everything you need to prepare snacks or meals. Several grocery stores are only a few minutes away as well. Very good coffee available all day! I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe. I booked a room with a private shower on the lower level. Thanks for a great stay — I’ll definitely be back!

The views from every window were amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Buena Vista Boquete is located in the perfect spot for hiking trail access while still being close enough to local shops and restaurants.

Only a two night stay. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Rivals 4Seasons staff - few managers checked in with me in person. Room was spacious and nice. Mattress was due for replacement. Restaurants were excellent.

The breakfast buffet system is poorly organized. Some of the people in my group were charged 1 day, and not charged another. In reality they had their breakfast included, but with the language barrier the argument went no where. There should be an easy way to confirm which people are included for breakfast and which are not.

This was a our first stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. You can walk to multiple restraunts without getting a water taxi, when you need a water taxi it's a short ride. The breakfast menu was great. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. The boat traffic can start early. Overall was a wonderful experience.

I first went there in 2012 when the hotel was almost new and it's was just amazing. I came back 3 years after and it had shown a lack of maintenance and I mentioned it in my evaluation, but I still loved the place. So this year was my third time and they have really put some resources in improving the overall comfort of the place. We spent two nights at Aqui hoy and did not want to leave! David and Catherine were both so warm and welcoming. The location is excellent. Although you’re only a 5-10 Minute boat ride from town- it feels as if you’re staying on your own private island. Catherine whipped us up the „special“ for dinner both nights and it was by far the best meal we’ve had in panama! The snorkeling was fun too - just keep an eye out for those sting rays!
