This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in in my entire life, and I really don't just say that. I feel like I have pretty high expectations and American Trade blew them out of the water. The location was perfect and within walking distance of one of Latin America's best restaurants (Fonda Lo Que Hay) and the staff were all so nice and went out of our way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, the rooftop pool was incredible...it made my vacation...

A great hotel with friendly staff and very convenient location.

This hotel was awesome. It was clean and beautiful. It has a great pool and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Only a two night stay. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Rivals 4Seasons staff - few managers checked in with me in person. Room was spacious and nice. Mattress was due for replacement. Restaurants were excellent.

Incredibly friendly staff.

Unique stay for sure. We stayed in one of the smaller “containers”. It was fine for us, others might find it tight. The larger units looked like they had some dining area and a bit more space. A few extra hooks on the wall or in the very tiny bathroom would be nice for towels. A few extra chairs on the first floor entry decks would be nice as we had to...

I first went there in 2012 when the hotel was almost new and it's was just amazing. I came back 3 years after and it had shown a lack of maintenance and I mentioned it in my evaluation, but I still loved the place. So this year was my third time and they have really put some resources in improving the overall comfort of the place. To make it short, there is not a better place in Panama for romance: 1-the location is spectacular if you are nature lover. It is surrounded by a dense tropical...

The breakfast buffet system is poorly organized. Some of the people in my group were charged 1 day, and not charged another. In reality they had their breakfast included, but with the language barrier the argument went no where. There should be an easy way to confirm which people are included for breakfast and which are not.

For the price point this was a great hostel stay. I stayed in a 6-bed women’s pod room and it was very clean and comfortable. Once in my pod at night I was never woken up by any noise. It was very easy to catch an Uber to anywhere in town. Showers were clean with excellent water pressure.
