"We love Riande Urban hotel. This is our second stay there, and the service is great. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need. The hotel has a great pool, well-appointed gym, and tasty restaurant that serves a very nice, complimentary breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner options that are affordable. The staff - especially Rolando and Jenny - are very responsive and attentive in making sure we had whatever we needed. There are a lot of really good, affordable restaurants near by too, and the area is convenient to shopping as well. If you need a ride, the hotel offers a taxi concierge who can take you anywhere you need to go. We fully recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!"

"The property itself was beautiful and well kept. The neighboring area was dirty and trashy. The limited people who speak English wasn’t a barrier because Google translate did the translation for us. Portirio, the driver was very polite and honest. I overpaid him and he made sure I got my money back. We gave him an hefty tip for his honesty. Eileen and Nathalie, the front desk staff were amazing and did everything to ensure our safety and fun during our stay. The food, the authenticity of Panamanian food was spectacular. Rosa, Jatzury and Massiel; kitchen staff kudos to the professionalism and sweetness. I Highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, quietness, safety, honesty, overall for those who travel alone, you will be well taken care of here. This is the city side, it has a large mall within walking distance with several restaurants and yes, a grocery store. "
