Great price, excellent location, helpful staff. But this is not a fancy hotel by any means. It serves a purpose as a place to sleep for a few days while you explore panama city.

Horrible busca otro lugar para tu estadía.

No hay limpieza en lo absoluto el baño huele a baño público, repleto de cucarachas se me tieran hasta en mi folder de documentos y para terminar al lado del hotel hubo un homicidio en medio de mi estadía, todo huele a tabaco a pesar que esta lleno de letreros de prohibido.

An acceptable hotel for the budget conscious traveler. However, the free airport pick-up that was advertised on the website and confirmed by email never showed up. Nobody could be reached upon arrival, neither by phone nor by email, so I had to take taxi.

Una suite super descuidada, cucarachas en el baño, baldosas cayéndose, las luces no encienden, cables fuera de los switches, muy descuidada la infraestructura. No colocan implementos básicos como jabón de baño, llamamos a recepción y nunca lo llevaron. Las toallas muy deterioradas deben cambiarlas.

Se trata en realidad de un MOTEL emplazado en una zona insegura e inhóspita. Si usted reserva este establecimiento debe saber que tendrá problemas con los equipos de aire acondicionado, que son todos viejos y ruidosos. Ademas debe entender que dormirá con sábanas plásticas, con quemaduras de cigarro y en colchones ediondos a orina y humedad. Finalmente debe saber que en los alrededores del hotel se encontrara con gente durmiendo en la calle y prostitutas durante la noche por lo que no es recomendable salir una vez se va la luz del sol.

Cleaning is very poor in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. The worst the bathroom. Although asked, they did not clean the bathroom well. The management did not attend to us. They propose a gym, a swimming pool, but it is under repair and the pool area is not cleaned and without conditions. La limpieza es muy mala en las habitaciones y otras àreas del hotel. Lo peor el baño. Aunque se le pidió, no limpiaban bien el baño. La gerencia no nos atendió. Proponen gimnasio, piscina, pero esta en reparacion y el área de la piscina sin limpiar y sin condiciones.

Once i got there they charge more for the room they were cockroaches in the room mostly in the bathroom and the caulking sealing the shower door was black all over i rented for 6 people in a double room they gave me 2 separates rooms in different floors the worst experience in a beautiful country
