My concern is not being in a 4 or 5 star hotel but how clean a place must be and the maintenance is, switch uncovered, uncomfortable bed, if you can call it bed, no phone in the room to call reception , no good internet reception, room smelled like cigarettes. Again I checked in and took more than an hr because they did not have my information on file, plus that I reached after 9 pm, and that reservation was available since 11 am. Totally awful 3 hrs took me to find a place and go from there, which I did just for me to be convenient for the conexion flight that I had of 19 hrs staying in Panama. Anyway I left I did not stay and I went to The Panamá Hotel. I wished I took pictures but I just left from that awful disgusting place!!!
