"Me and my sister stayed at Princess for 4 nights . Amenities were not provided as listed. No iron, no blow dryer, fridge, no water. All of which are expected to be provided by a standard hotel. Additionally the keys were faulty. We booked two rooms and only got into one of the rooms. No urgent action was taken by staff to resolve this issue and we got access to the other room until the following day. The room that we shared for the night was horrible.
