« I had thought I booked an ocean view room, as the pictures lead me to believe, but when I got there they said it was a city view room and wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. Cesar at the front counter sprang into action and switched it to an ocean view available immediately! At last I could relax! The condo was clean, spacious and up on the 31st floor (75 floors in the building). At checkout, I asked for a late checkout and was told no that another guest was checking in. « Jeff is truly a Super Host. We have been one week in the apartment located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Thé grocery Super Carnes is at 10 min. walk. We used Uber to move around the City. « We enjoyed Casco Viejo more than PanCity. It's safe to walk around at night more than other parts of town. We hired a driver to take us to Anton Valley and to PorteBello. I recommend both places. Good restaurants in Casco and museums. It's a nice walk to the city along the bay frontage. It's also a nice walk out to the end of Amador Causeway. »

"L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu (mis à part les fenêtres dont l'extérieur ne semble pas avoir été lavé depuis belle lurette). L'emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de centres commerciaux mais ne se prête pas à l'immersion culturelle. Les plus aventeureux pourront cependant sauter dans le métro annexé au Mall pour partir à l'exploration de la ville. Le personnel est poli et stylé. Nous déconseillons aux Nord-Américains le buffet matinal du restaurant Canal, très achalandé, bruyant, nourriture tiède et plutôt dispendieux. Rendez-vous plutôt au petit comptoir alimentaire du Café Met, à deux pas de l'hôtel (dans le mall). La nourriture est excellente, les cafés sont délicieux et les prix, raisonnables. Bref, cet hôtel est plus qu'adéquat pour les séjours de courte durée, par exemple, une nuitée entre deux vols. On y dort très bien et le service est irréprochable. "
