"Really bad and filthy the water park was closed and you don’t have nothing to do in this hotel "

"A standard 3* experience. Decent room, good gym. Bar area with views of Manhattan across the Hudson was the best feature. With two exceptions, staff were impersonal and unwelcoming. Request for a late check out was met with a ‘we’re completely full’ response despite very good room availability showing on line. Breakfast buffet poor value. Go to ‘Maman’ round the corner."

"I changed the room after the first night to get a view of the ocean. We were in the bayview king luxury room type and both rooms were clean and pleasant looking. Towels, sheets were clean and neat. The check in staff Ali & Erica were rude but John & Harmza were helpful. Staff at the amenities especially the pool were great. Fun at the pool and jacuzzi. Nice gym we worked out abit too. Nice casino, shops and bars. Try cognac pina colada. Didn't go with kids, think they have some kids arcade and another pool "family pool"that could be kid-friendly."

"Booked 1 night for my husband travels, he said it's nice and clean room, and better staying at the Doubletree by Hilton in NY. Self parking is $23 vs $60 in NY - we'll stay here again for our future NY trips. He is happy with his stay last night - Thank you Robert Treat Hotel."
