« booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. « This place is tiny, (about 8ft wide in total) and is no frills. The host was helpful and good at keeping us informed before we arrived. They were flexible given our very late arrival due to 9 traffic diversions on our trip down. They were very noisy in our final evening, due to a noisy social event.The TV had no antenna and had a broken half of the screen, making watching anything difficult. No tea or coffee or other supplies were provided, so bring your own. Parking was at the nearby Tesco...

« Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford. »

"Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très sécurié où il y a de nombreux sièges de banques. Le métro est très proche. Bars et restaurants aux alentours, de même que des épiceries. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est optimisée. Des matériaux de qualité, tout comme l'électroménager. Un très belle découverte proche de Londres sans y être en plein centre. Si vous allez à l'O2, il y a une seule station de métro à prendre."

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"
