"Toilet wasn’t working, had to switch rooms, both bathrooms looked outdated. Room seemed clean and the breakfast was good. Not a terrible stay but with the price it could have been better."

"Overall pleasant experience! Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was hot and filling. Staff was friendly, some spots could have been a little cleaner, and housekeeping for some reason only made one of our beds when they visited. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it!"

"You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family. All while telling me to get my things out my room in 30 minutes as they stood and laughed. When I asked about a refund for the week I paid for, I was told too bad. I did what was asked and had all my things outside the room within the time frame I was gave just to then be told I could stay for the time I paid for just don't speak to any of the staff or else. This is no way to treat anyone. Especially after I just went through a house fire and is why I'm staying at your hotel while I seek another home for myself and my 8 yr old son. There was 1 person that treated guests the way they should be treated. He worked nights and was always polite and smiling. He was the only male front desk at night and the rest of the staff should take lessons on how customers service is done. Other than him, you will do everything thing possible to not cross paths with the staff. If you don't believe me, stay there for a week and ask for the corporate phone number and see what happens"
