"We stayed from April 25th to May 1st. Our flight into Kansas City didn't land till just before midnight and the hotel made it easy to check-in after hours. Just had to call to let them know. Night check-in was easy, we get to our room, and the AC in the room is not working, only the fan setting. Front desk was apologetic and accommodating. They gave us a fan and the room's window (it could barely open wide enough for the fan to suck in air) let in a decent breeze, so we requested a second fan...
