"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful service. When we got there after a long day of travelling, the hotel was busy and we had trouble finding a place to park because of a local band playing at the restaurant nearby. One of the workers was incredibly sweet and told us that she was done with her shift and we could take her spot! Everyone up front seemed younger, but were well trained and answered all of our questions. They were amazing! The pool was incredible. We could have just stayed there for a week. It was the perfect end to our trip and a quick drive to the airport. We would 100% stay in this hotel again. 10/10 would recommend."

Troy was exceptional with communication, always quick to respond and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. "The rooms were large and clean. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Andrea greeted us in the lobby upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. Andrea really went Above and beyond to make us feel comfortable answer any questions we had durring our stay. Whenever we say her on the properly, she always has a smile on her face. We made our day to see someone joy helping the guest pride in her job. She’s really an asset to the establishment enter a positive attitude made this the hotel that we will stay at from now on when we are visiting Punta Gorda. "
