He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help.The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved seeing tarpon right off the dock. He readily answered any concerns we had. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, and he let us know ahead of time the house was available for an extra day if needed, which it was.
