"Clean and nice sized rooms. The check-in lady was helpful even though we were early. The pictures of the property are a bit misleading. There is a good sized pool and a lap pool that is more relaxing. There is no beach, just lounge chairs on sand that leads to some dirty water. Whereas a highlight of many resorts is their daily entertainment, this was a huge disappointment. Multiple times, we had to ask for the scheduled activity to actually take place. The staff was not very vivacious or enthusiastic- they did not encourage people to have fun or perk up the crowd. Even within the restaurants, it was hard to even get a smile out of many of the staff members. Bar staff was great though!
The seltzer base for the drinks tastes like bar rag water- so even your fountain coke or ginger ale mixer in your drink tasted off. Ask for canned soda.
Breakfast was good. Make sure to reserve the steakhouse for dinner. Skip the asian restaurant.
And shout out to the towel attendant for always being so pleasant!
It was worth it for what we paid, although we left to go to dinners and beach off resort so still spending extra money to upgrade our experience in the Bahamas. "
