Lucaya was nice but driving around in general seemed a bit rundown with lots of hurricane damage left "as is" with little or no attempt at repairs.

We met some of the friendliest people we've ever met here, and would definitely recommend a visit. The area (and entire island) has been feeling the effects of past hurricanes, and really need the tourism boost!
