"Loved my suite have stayed a couple of times already and will again in the future. Close to shopping and entertainment as well ."

"Due to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head. Keep in mind, though, this review is based off the fact that I cannot walk or stand at all. Otherwise, everything else was great! Staff was very accomodating under the circumstances. "

"Ordered breakfast and got the order wrong. They remedied the situation and it was great. Fantastic place for a night out at Toyota Music Factory. It is as close as the parking lot for the venue and free parking!"

"We are from Dallas and when we want to get away and hangout in Deep Ellum. We always stay here . Room are super nice , bed is soft. Everything is clean Nd they provide the guest with 2 free bottle waters which it’s the little things that count. "

"I had a great stay here it was nice and quiet for the most part. The staff were all very friendly! The only small problem I ran into was there was just a bit of a mildew in the bathroom which caused a little bit of a smell at first but the fan worked fine and it wasn’t anything terrible or concerning.
