« The room service was great as well as the personnel. Room staff only speak spanish. A bit unconfortable.
The pool was messy and we were unable to swim for our stay of 10 days. There was a club nearby and the music was loud all night long some nights. Cipriano at the front desk was an angel. »

« Cons: The place wasn't dirty more like well used. There was paint chipping on the door in the bathroom, scuff marks everywhere, the cover for the handrail in the bathrooms were loose. Also I tried to set some light items on the shelf between the beds and the shelf fell apart. They put it back together and said not to use it. The water pressure in the shower sucked too. I had to pull the door to my room shut hard to get it to close right.
