"The room was very clean! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom set up was spectacular. The room stayed a little warm and humid but very tolerable. There was zero night time noise! Slept very soundly. Our room was by the staircase so in the mornings there was some noise but nothing terrible"

"Enjoyed the ambience and the décor immensely, especially the implementation of multiple mirrors throughout the hotel. However, there was a miss in the details for the mirrors as they were covered in smudges, even those that were clearly out of reach. Additionally, the A/C in the room constantly made noise, akin to popcorn popping or ice falling in an ice machine. The staff were very courteous and contentious, service was very good in the bar/restaurant. We had been wanting to stay at Hotel Lorenzo for some time, based solely on the outside lights and interior aesthetic. It may have been a bit better when it was still fresh, but it was a little lackluster as it currently stands. "
