"This is now my "go to" hotel when I need to be in downtown Dallas. It's in a good location near the Guadalupe Cathedral and the Meyerson Symphony Hall. The valet parking staff (Michael & Su) and hotel staff (Raven, Mary Jane) were very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The terrace pool is lovely, 3 to 9 feet increasing depths. And the final wonderful surprise was the Pyramid restaurant which offered delicious affordable gourmet cuisine. That is why I like this hotel so very much."

To my delight, I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the celebration feel even more luxurious. As an added bonus, we were given two drink vouchers, which we enjoyed while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of the stay? Definitely the pool. It was serene, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Texas sun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves — even if just for a night!"
