"Five stars for Emecka. I really hope I spelled his name right. He was absolutely amazing and one of the nicest people ever. Otherwise, I rate the staff of four star because I understand that ballet was pretty busy the night that I was there, but the valet was kind of rude. This specific guy opened my door and told me to hurry up, he said “thanks” and then closed my door right after. "

"Clean Clean Clean Hotel smells good throughout!!!+ The rooms are clean. I loved the plush robes. The shiwer water pressure is good and the soap smells amazing... Fluffy Bright white towels. The bedding was clean. No dust, fingertips or cup rings anywhere!!!!! Meaning HOUSEKEEPING is on POINT!!! Televisions are Samung and offer numerous channles. There is room service. The 3 elevators run frequently. Bonus they offer a laundry room three dollars to wash and two dollars to dry ( bring detergent and quarters) Beautiful hotel, the pool ( no strong bleach smell), sauna( nice and hot), gym, and sun bathing area are all immaculate!!! They have a small restaurant 7-11 for a light breakfast Derik is attentive and super friendly. They also have a lunch-dinner - bar restaurant attached. The food was AMAZING and offers drink and food happy hour. They also have a game room. There is plenty of parking. If you want early morning coffee you can walk to Starbucks. The airport is less than 10 minutes away, however you do not hear planes flying over .... Plenty or retail and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. All of this with GREAT PRICES!!! I cant say enough wonderful thing about Sandman Las colinas hotel and the STAFF who make this a beautifulplaceto stay.. I will definitely be looking for their other hotels... they have set the bar... while other hotels have lost their touch!!! Cant wait to come back!!!"
