Extremely uncomfortable and noisy beds when rolling over. Wasp in the bedroom landed on the bed. Only positive was the location! Lots of potential. »

« This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025\. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas! »

« Couldn't check in batteries in door were dead. No heat, they switched to chiller, ask for space heaters never got them. Sink would fill with water very slow drain.We had a roach problem. We saw three (3) I'm sure more. On the curtains, walking across countertop on our food packaging, and one on the trash can. mentioned to owner, manager all they said were sorry. Not willing to give concession. Wanted to give a future concession. Had to check bed every night and had to check clothes while...

« The process of getting early check-in was problematic and follow-up was slow... when we got there trash was in the way of the garage entrance and we physically had to move nasty trash bags out of the way. Also, garage door was unlatched from the garage door opener so had to do that first.... the biggest problem was the heat never worked, we messaged multiple times with poor responses and no follow-up. It was a cold weekend 34 degrees overnight, I had a two year old, and the property never got...

« This was an amazing trip for my boyfriend and I. Our host was very accommodating, communicated with us every step of the way and made sure our stay was unforgettable. The home is beautiful, clean, great area and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the building and all of its amenities. We will be staying again when we visit Dallas. »

« First thing- properly management and communication was probably the best we’ve experienced using VBRO. Very responsive and helpful. Check in/check out were a breeze- no overly complicated instructions. The house is nicely decorated and beds are super comfy. The house had everything needed for our stay from toiletries to cooking tools. My only improvement thoughts are the living room seating wasn’t too comfy or family friendly - more pillows and blankets may help. The garage remote was missing...

The only negative during our stay, which was beyond their control was the road construction that affected parking. Highly recommend »
