I loved that it was right downtown next to restaurants and bars

I asked for a city view and I was given a room on the 23rd floor with no real view of the city instead I had a view of buildings and rooftops of buildings. It’s not a hotel to stay in traveling with infants. They do not have microwave!s in the rooms to use to warm your baby’s bottles, they do not have any parking for they’re customers except valet parking. You have to find parking blocks away and walk back to the hotel. They have 7 elevators and only 2 of them are running so it’s a long wait for the elevator to come back down to the lobby. I would rather stay somewhere else before I stay there again.

There were only two functioning elevators for 27 floors and today (Sunday) when we checked out we waited for 45 minutes before we could get on an elevator with enough room to squeeze in. Then the valet took another 30 minutes to bring our car. Besides all this mayhem the staff was not only nonchalant but rude! We will NEVER step foot in this hotel again!
