Little touches make the stay remarkable, like eggs on the counter from their chickens and honey from their honey bees. The land and animals are well taken care of. The love is apparent! "We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Mitchell was very accommodating from check in to check out, his communication with you is on point! But I CAN NOT brag enough about his willingness to go out of his way for you! I accidentally left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I got home (5 hours away) in a complete panic- Mitchell went to search the house himself and mailed me my ring back!! When I tell you he’s amazing, I mean it! The property is a short 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium, football stadium is even closer....

"Landed early and got a hold of host to request for early check in. Host is very responsive and flexible. Place is clean and comfortable. Prime location, we visited for the Cinco de Mayo weekend Fort Worth Stockyards only 30 minutes away, Magnolia Silos Marketplace less than 2hrs. One night we didn’t expect the heavy rain, so we stayed in there’s plenty of games, movie apps, and blankets we enjoyed our stay and comfort! Thank you very much!"

"First, thank you Ryan & Roxy for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the most well stocked home on VRBO that we have stayed in. “We” are a group of 10 high school friends in our late 70’s who meet once or twice a year for a girls fix of fun and laughter and rent houses in Texas once or twice a year. Back to the provisions…our group had all of the coffee, paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc that we needed plus a lot more. Some places only provide starter packs, so this was a plus!...

"Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again."

"The only negative was I couldn’t remember the access code. For those traveling with pets, the fence in the back is leaning pretty good."

"Unexpected stay due to multiple flight delays. Unable to get my luggage but staff surprised me with a bag full of essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, deodorant, hairbrush, etc). Shuttle driver very helpful, also. Convenient location. Restaurant is pricey but food very good."
