Built with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, you'll be able to impress and entertain tons of guests in our open living room space. Great for family events, wedding celebrations, and watch parties. Comfortable ultra-plush beds in every room will leave everyone with a goodnight's sleep! Three House rules No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers). First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. We had 8 people staying over a weekend, and we were surprised to find a house with a bed for everyone at a good price. The living room and kitchen areas also were great - there was plenty of space for everyone to dine together at the table, and the large couch was very comfy as well! The street is a little busy, but we were able to park 5 cars between the garage and driveway. Communication with the host for check in and check out was also really easy.
