"This is such a cool place to stay. This 100-year-old hotel was delicately restored and maintains much of the class from when it was built. The staff are professional and courteous, really going out of their way for my anniversary. I especially appreciated Kessan, front desk associate that checked us in, Caroline, front desk manager that provided us with gifts in our room, and Gonzalo, M club associate that provided us with an upscale and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. "

"Quaint classic 1920 atmosphere. Clean, basic comfortable room. Nice sitting area off the lobby. smart use of space for a full gym & laundry room in basement level. Private parking. Extremely convenient to food, "downtown", SUNY Upstate Med"

"Stay was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Found it very annoying having cleaning staff knocking on our door 3 times before e checkout time. First time woke us up. They should check with front desk who has checked out! Some guests travel till late and check in late and need their sleep!! Was ridiculous!! "
