"Reception staff were super helpful throughout our stay. They helped us book taxis and provided essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste when needed. The air conditioning was excellent — the room cooled down instantly, and when it got too cold, warm air came out straight away as well. We didn’t try the breakfast, but there was a water filter, vending machine, and coffee machine available near reception for guests to use. Overall, a comfortable stay with very helpful service."

"I booked this hotel based on the photos, amenities, and descriptions provided at the time of booking. Upon arrival, the property was materially different from what was advertised online. The hotel appeared significantly more run down and poorly maintained than represented in the listing photographs. During my stay, active construction was taking place at the property, which created ongoing disruption and negatively impacted the overall experience. Due to the construction views, noise, and cleanliness concerns, I was required to move rooms three separate times in an attempt to obtain acceptable accommodations. In addition, the property advertised what appeared to be a rooftop bar/lounge area in its promotional photos. However, upon arrival, I discovered this was not an actual rooftop bar open to hotel guests, but instead a private balcony attached to a room and inaccessible to the public. This amenity presentation was misleading and materially influenced my booking decision. The condition of the property, repeated room changes, cleanliness issues, ongoing construction, and misleading representation of amenities resulted in accommodations that did not reasonably match what was advertised and purchased. I have attached photographs documenting the condition of the hotel, construction activity, and discrepancies between the listing images and the actual property. I am requesting reimbursement/refund consideration under the accommodation misrepresentation and trip inconvenience"

"I stayed on the ground floor which was near reception. The door in my room and hall was not a good seal so light and sound came in easily. In fact the window is single pane which meant I heard the noise outside. I even checked a few times to ensure it was not open. The rooftop terrace has some nice views, but there was no bar or anything to encourage me to stay upstairs for long. It is in a location I know very well and like that it’s clean and near transportation and Chinatown."
