"The lobby staff and security were terrific! Our room on the 4th floor had been recently renovated and was very clean. Kudos to Andre who helped us get a microwave because it hadn’t been replaced after the room was renovated. They will keep luggage in the lobby before check in or after check out but not overnight."

"The attention of the reception was dehumanized!! He knocked on the door that I had to go out that it was already time and I told him to give me a few minutes that I had just been operated on that I was already leaving and he didn't care and he told me to leave in 10 minutes! It was rude and rude, but the room was given to me in low silver and the doors threw them horrible and didn't let me sleep!"

"The room is very small. There is no walking space between the bed and the wall in front of it, it's surrounded by wall on three sides. This I could overlook being that New York is very expensive. However, I have stayed at other hotels in similar price range with bigger rooms, better amenities, and better cleanliness. The check-in and check-out is completely done on a computer, there isn't always someone available at the front desk. Everything in the room is operated by ipad: blinds, shades, lights, temperature, etc. Nothing is manual. That also means that if anything is broken or won't work, the ipad is the only way to use something. The blinds and shades were broken in my room, and I arrived late at night so did not transfer hotels. Otherwise I would have. They had no other rooms available, and they did not fix the shades. There were no slippers offered, or robes. It wasn't unclean, but it didn't feel crisp and clean the way hotels should feel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
