"We stumbled on this fantastic property not knowing where we could stay when we arrived in Victoria. It was a dreary rainy night, but when we drove into the parking lot we were totally amazed. After checking in, our room was exquisite! Everyone here was so delightfully helpful, especially our bartender/server Julia. Easy to find our way around, and welcome to come back after a long day and sleep so comfortably! I'm definitely a Marriott Bonvoy fan, AND a Four Points by Sheraton. Also loved that they are SO pet friendly!"

"Hotel Rialto is in a heritage building in downtown Victoria. It has kept its vintage feel, but with modern conveniences. It was clean, and quiet and the front desk staff was always polite and super friendly. We loved the touch of in floor heating in our bathroom. The hotel was close to China Town.m and government street and we were able to walk to the harbour for our whale watching tour. The only downside was the parking situation. You have to park in a parkade across the street kitty corner from the hotel. But it is underground and secure so not a deal breaker. "

"It was an overall wonderful experience. The staff were great, and we loved the fact that it had the Optimist Lounge ( I think that's what it's called). We had our 9-month-old with us; it was a great space to let him crawl around and interact with people. Such a fun detail at a smaller hotel. We will definitely be going back to The Vic! Thanks for a wonderful stay."
