« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

« The house was well-kept, had everything we needed for our short stay, and the location was near to the places/events that we attended. It can be difficult to find street parking in front of the house at certain times of day, but we always managed to find a spot. »

« Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up...
