« This is a great location, walking distance to City Hall & all of the train lines. Super clean and comfortable space with everything you need. Emily proactively provided check-in information and followed up to make sure all was well. She responded immediately when I sent in a comment, although it was not urgent. I wish we had been in town longer to enjoy the apartment. »

« Digital locks didn’t work and we got locked out at night and caused a delay in checkout.
We got permission to check out by 12 instead of 10 but got locked out and this caused more delay.
We ended up staying at another hotel as we couldn’t get home by mid.
Host never replied to messages online but we did manage to get their number and called them. However, Technician was fast in getting here and fixing kitchen appliances.
