I was given room 310 and immediately noticed the security lock was broken. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. The room looked incredibly clean until I climbed into bed and found hair. I'm not sure the sheets or blankets had been changed.
