"Location, location, location A lovely hotel with the nicest staff. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Jefferson station, a few stops from the airport. There is a Macy’s, restaurants, cafe’s, grocery store, metro and bus service within minutes of the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. "

"After a previous reservation felll through, Hotels.com booked us a stay at the Arco powered by Sonder for a weekend college reunion trip (a much more expensive hotel than the one we originally booked). It was very easy to manage the self check in, getting in and out of the building via code, and the room was generally clean and comfortable, with ease of access to walking around center city and with a good selection of restaurants around. A couple of nitpicks that kept it from being a perfect...

"Good stay here next to PA Convention Centre where we were exhibiting. Clean and efficient as you would expect. Good bar and restaurant for quick breakfast or drinks. Lots of food choice in Reading Terminal Market which is also next door (closes 6pm). No in-room safe which is odd. "

" Overall, this hotel is just right for our purpose. We stayed Monday through Friday. The hotel is classy, modern, and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all super polite and helpful. There were FOUR pillows on each bed, thank you so much! The bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. The hotel is located two blocks from the center city Temple University campus, where we worked. There were reasonable restaurants and small shops/diners that served breakfast along our walk to Temple....
