"The hotel was just average. I don't think the price was worth it or that it should be a 4 star hotel. It was just ok, nothing that stood out. "

"Poorly trained staff who fail to provide duty of care and provide accommodations to loyal elite members. Issue originated through expedia; however, staff failed to provide a reasonable late-night resolution. Level of member support fell short of Marriott’s standard of service, and staff on site represented Marriott poorly. Tone was condescending and unhelpful. I had to physically relocate to another Marriott property at 3 am, which created more than an inconvenience, it created stress and safety concerns as a woman traveling in a major city. Staff could care less about members, and also witnessed the same staff member speaking to another guest condescendingly."

"Our family had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this motel. The room was clean, quiet, and gave us everything we needed to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again."

"Room was clean but staff never replenished water bottles or coffee bar. Had to ask at front desk for coffee cups repeatedly. Staff never apologetic. Door locks changed during middle of stay with no notice. Had to go to front desk and was just told matter of factly that locks had been changed and was given key without apology. Several plugs in room didn’t work. TV had to be restarted numerous times during stay. Staff was aware of problem because I called the first time it happened and staff told me how to resolve the problem. Very annoying. "
