It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners, family getaways and friends traveling. THE SPACE: This spacious property is perfectly designed with every comfort for your enjoyment and tranquility. Equipped with a full kitchen, living room and dining space, Huge Roof Deck plus a back patio to help relax and unwind. The property is comprised of 6 bedrooms (10 beds) and 6 full bathrooms with free street parking around most of the property. Detailed layout and bed sizes as follows: \- Basement: Bedroom #2 (queen + 2 single bed via trundle bed) +Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3(Queen + single sleeper sofa) +Bathroom#3; W/D. \- 1st floor: Kitchen, Living room, Dining space, Patio, Bedroom #1 (queen) and Bathroom #1. \- 2nd floor: \*Unit begins on 2nd floor\* Kitchen; living room; dining room; Bedroom #1 (queen + full ) + Bathroom #1. \- 3rd floor: Bedroom #2 (queen) + Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3 (queen + full) + Bathroom #3 ; 2x Juliet balconies ; W/D. Note: The 3rd floor sofa was previously a sleeper sofa, but it can no longer be used as a sofa bed. It is available for regular seating only. Located in downtown Philadelphia (South Philadelphia/Dickinson Narrows). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. This neighborhood offers close proximity to Passyunk Square with all the great restaurants and bars in that section. There is free parking directly out the front door. This place is a real gem! \- \~8 blocks to Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie st in America) \- \~12 blocks from the Italian Market! Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up when we come back to Philly! ##### Rovinsky L. Dec 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location The property is a good size and the rooms looked like the photos but we had some issues. Management/owners were quick to address our issues, there were some delays due to the holiday. Location was convenient in relation to where our local family lived. Parking, while some blocks didn't have parking restrictions, spots are sparse at night. Units aren't connected, you have to go outside to get from one to the other. Unit A had a sump pump issue which made the 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths in the lower level unusable for a few days, it did get fixed. We had 10 people staying so some ended up in hotels. Because of that issue that unit was just used to sleep in the 1 bedroom available. Unit B was were we spent most of our time/holiday. It was a good size for our family. Overall the unit is a little worn down. One table that is supposed to extend no longer extends, some of the chairs are bent, the sensor for the fridge constantly thinks it's open but it's closed, the garbage disposal wasn't working, the handyman came and fixed it but after 1 use the button was unusable again. The pullout couch was broken, which we were told would be replaced. Wifi isn't the strongest if you have multiple people on at once.
