"The room was cleaned well and accommodations good for the quick trip to Philly. They were out of their famous cookies which takes off a star."

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bar was pleasant and breakfast was well done. The valet is slow. In fairness they do ask you give them 15 to 20 min. However there was an instance where I waited as long as 40. The wait service at the bar was spotty. We had to wave down or go in search of a waiter to reorder or get the check. The front staff were fine. Not rude. Not friendly. As the kids say -- mid. I would consider staying again."

"I had a great one night stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The front desk staff were welcoming as soon as I walked in. Check-in was smooth & simple. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were clean, but the room itself was a little shoddy. The valance for the outside drapes were broken and hanging down. The couch had holes in it. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The cabinets snd the small refridgerator was not working porperly. And to top it off, the power went out the last day we stayed and we couldnt us eht evelator to take our heavy luggage down the stairs, so we had to use the room the last day and into the next day in partial and full darkness. Yes I understand that the storm knocked out the power, but the last day was rough for both me and my wife and my daughter and her three children. We werent able to use the pool when the power when out of course because of the storm. In addtion , it seems that some of the staff were not very friendly, not all but some."
