Location is great. Hotel comfortable and well managed.

Idéalement placé l'hotel est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la ville. Le service etait parfait. Seul bémol : la climatisation est tombée en panne le 2 ème soir et le service technique nous a apporté un ventilateur car la climatisation ne pouvait être réparée. Compte tenu de la chaleur il nous a été impossible de rester dans la chambre. On nous en a proposé une autre de même catégorie. Agréable surprise le matin de notre départ, le parking pour le 2 nuits nous a été offert.

Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. It was an awesome location, in the center of everything and in walking distance to restaurants and parks. But it was very noisy. You could hear every bus, loud car, and you could hear the other people in other units which was very disturbing especially on the first night. I didn’t get any sleep at all. Last but not least, on the 2nd night, we were locked out of the building for 30 minutes at 12:45AM-1:15AM. The key pad would not light up and needed to be reset. We were able to get in touch with someone, but there was sort of a language barrier. The representative thought we couldn’t get into the unit, but it was the actual building to get to the unit that we couldn’t get into. It took over 30 minutes to get management to reset the keypad so that we could enter the building. That was an extreme safety concern. It was scary and we felt we had to work on getting another hotel room. Overall, it was a beautiful loft, but they need to work on cleanliness, communication, the WiFi and the key entry system.
