Nice and covert clean and new. Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food.

An absolute superstar of a host. Saved us after our original booking ghosted us. They were responsive and extremely helpful. Beautiful house with easy access via public transit to all of Philly. We chose to use the parking garage connected to Target / Sprouts instead of on street parking. Easy in and out privileges and a very reasonable 13/day. The street is narrow, but my SUV was able to navigate up and down it several times as we traveled out side the city for a beach day, and other attractions outside the city.The beds were great, house AC worked excellent, the hot tub with city views were a hit, be ready to get your flights in as it is 5 stories including the basement and the rooftop.
